Feel Your Best (FYB) is for anyone who feels mentally or emotionally off — even if you can’t quite name it. Whether it’s anxiety, burnout, grief, low mood, or just feeling stuck… this journey is for you.
You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just a willingness to take that first step — we’ll walk with you from there.
Care plan is a structured holistic 12 week plan to support you in your mental wellbeing journey, where you will get:
1-1 therapy sessions with a qualified mental health professional
Live yoga, mindfulness & sleep coaching sessions
1-1 nutritionist consultation
A dedicated Care Specialist to guide and support you throughout
Progress reports to help you see how far you’ve come
All sessions are online, and everything is scheduled around your life.

We’ll start with a few gentle questions so we can understand what support you need. From there, we’ll match you with your therapist and expert team in under 5 minutes — and your care plan begins.

Therapy: 50 minutes, one-on-one
Sleep, yoga, and mindfulness: ~45 minutes, live group classes or 1:1
Nutrition: 30 minutes
Peer support & check-ins: flexible and always available
All sessions happen online, and your Care Specialist will help you schedule everything easily.
Absolutely. If your therapist doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll rematch you — no awkward explanations required.You just need to drop a message to your Care Specialist. Your comfort, safety, and trust matter most. Your FYB Care Specialist will support you through the switch, so you never feel stuck or unheard.
Our lifestyle experts (yoga/mindfulness/sleep experts, nutrition consultants) are carefully selected, trained, and deliver sessions in a small-group format. Because of limited availability and the nature of these services, 1:1 rematching isn’t possible at this time.
That said, your feedback is deeply valued. We actively collect and review feedback from every session to ensure our experts continue to grow and show up with care, clarity, and kindness.
If something feels off, please tell us. It helps us do better — and we take it seriously, every single time.
You can opt for 1-1 therapy sessions instead of our integrative care plans. Our therapy sessions start at ₹1,500 per session, with the charges varying by therapists' experience and areas of specialization.
Early Access Price: Starting at ₹6,500 per month
This includes everything, including a dedicated Care Specialist and detailed progress reporting, with no hidden fees.
You can pay online using our mobile app.
Yes. We understand life doesn’t always go as planned. You can reschedule and find alternate slots for your sessions using our mobile app.
Yes, fully. Your personal details, therapy notes, and session data is fully private and accessible only to your assigned therapist. Your care specialist and other lifestyle experts will only receive very specific information from your therapist to improve your care outcomes from a lifestyle perspective. We never share your data with third parties. Your story is yours. We treat it with the confidentiality and respect it deserves.
You’ll receive a full summary of your progress and care journey. After that, you can continue any of our modules (therapy, Yoga/Mindfulness/Sleep coaching or Nutrition (pay as you go or bundled). Your journey doesn’t end with the Care Plan — and neither does FYB’s care.

We are happy to guide you toward trusted resources — but Feel Your Best is designed for moderate mental wellness support, not intensive psychiatric care.
